Our ESOP Journey
It all began with a small foster care and adoption company, determined to do good in the world. As the needs of those we served grew, so did our vision to not only do good – but to empower good – in the world. That mission sparked a nearly 35-year journey of intentional growth and diversification to wrap exceptional services around those making a positive difference and build financial stability in industries where it was historically lacking. Today, our employee-owned enterprise is turning a simple calling into generational change.
